Abstract: A method of operating a computer system configured to managing a digital conference call including a virtual holding queue includes establishing, by the computer system, the digital conference call connecting a plurality of current attendees, determining and classifying in real-time a confidentiality status of data being exchanged by the current attendees through the digital conference call, profiling each of the current attendees, profiling at least one caller attempting to join the digital conference call, modifying at least one content restriction on the data being exchanged in response to the profiling of the current attendees and the at least one caller, and enforcing, by the computer system, an eligibility criteria for the at least one caller to join the digital conference call based on the confidentiality status of the data.

Abstract: A method of operating a support system includes enabling electronic communications with at least one senor of user conditions and at least one database of user activity, collecting, via the electronic communications, a plurality of data points from the sensor and the database, determining a context of the user, calculating at least one affinity score of the user for each of at least one patient, predicting a risk of passive illness associated with the user, identifying, using the risk of passive illness, an amelioration action, and outputting a signal reducing the risk of the passive illness.

Abstract: A method 30 and system 10 for facilitating safe handling of a physical medium of financial exchange, such as cash notes is provided to prevent cash-in-transit heists. The method 30 includes physically marking 33, using a first processing device 8, cash with a unique owner identifier which is associated with the owner of the cash, and physically invalidating 34 the cash through cutting, staining or stamping it. Once invalidated, the worthless cash can be transported risk-free to a desired cash processing facility. Upon arrival, the method includes verifying 44, using an authentication module 24, authenticity of the unique owner identifier and cash notes themselves. If verification fails, law enforcement is notified.
