Abstract: A light-weight, easy to use, commonly accessible, sign-up sheet that can be sent to volunteers and/or participants on email or social media vehicles. The sign-up sheet preferably has some or all of the following features. In some cases, the sign-up sheet auto-updates and keeps everyone informed. It preferably aids the organizer (and volunteers) in dealing with changes to the sign-up sheet. In one aspect, organizers can pre-assign volunteers to tasks. The sign-up sheet, preferably at all times, helps all parties involved to keep an accurate and current record of commitments to tasks, including commitments of time, items and payments, without the need to resort to multiple unnecessary broadcast emails. The platform preferably allows the organizer to send automated reminder emails to volunteers at the right time with the correct information.
