    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device for aiding marksmanship and a method of use thereof. In a particular form the present disclosure relates to a device for teaching the principle of leading a target. According to one aspect, the device comprises a base securable to a firearm, a compensating sight spaced apart from the base to at least a side of the firearm and positionally adjustable with respect to the base, wherein in use, the compensating sight is so positioned with respect to the base that when the firearm is aimed at a moving target via the compensating sight an appropriate amount of lead is applied to the target.
