    Abstract: A basketball shooting training aid with braces attached to the upper arm and forearm of a user and an interconnecting adjustable control strap. The control strap is adjusted by a user to restrict the angle to which the elbow can be bent on the backward movement of the arm to about 90 degrees. Forward movement of the arm during a shot is not restricted.
