Publication number: 20220297346Abstract: A containerized concrete batch plant is disclosed, comprising a container configured to contain a concrete batch plant to permit the transportation of the concrete batch plant. The concrete batch plant comprising one or more aggregate storage silos to receive a plurality of concrete elements. The one or more aggregate storage silos pour the concrete elements onto a conveyor based on quantity determination by a computer via a deductive scale. The conveyor transfers the concrete elements to a two-shaft mixer. An auger-fed hopper has an auger that is directly exposed to the contents inside the two-shaft mixer and transfers the contents inside the two-shaft mixer into the auger-fed hopper. A concrete pump has access to the auger-fed hopper and pumps the concrete inside the auger-fed hopper into a concrete output hose with a concrete output opening. A knuckle crane and/or hydraulic arms holds supersacks above the aggregate storage silos and the two-shaft mixer.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2022Publication date: September 22, 2022Inventor: Neal Johnson

Publication number: 20210332584Abstract: A containerized, transportable, pre-engineered, pre-fabricated, pre-assembled, adjustable, structural modular building system is disclosed, comprising a plurality of structural modules comprising a plurality of horizontal structural decks and vertical structural frames to be used in building construction. The building system is transportable world-wide using existing standardized ISO shipping methodologies of truck, train and shipping vessel. The structural modules may be expanded and contracted to vary the height, length, and width of the structural module based on building specifications. In such, the structural modules may be used for buildings having various floor dimensions, and may form self-contained structural elements within the building structure. In a single module configuration, the bottom horizontal structural deck is positioned between a first side deck and a second side deck. The first and second side decks are each rotationally engaged to each side of the bottom deck to form a building module.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 28, 2020Publication date: October 28, 2021Inventor: Neal Johnson
