    Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a vehicle console for use with an electronic device having a cord. The vehicle console can be disposed adjacent a storage area for storing the electronic device. The vehicle console can include a compartment that is defined by a front portion, a bottom portion, and a back portion, the front and back portions being spaced apart so as to define an open area therebetween, the back portion defining an opening that is contiguous with the storage area such that the opening is configured to receive the cord therethrough, the bottom portion defining a channel that is configured to receive the cord. The vehicle console can also include a port disposed at the front portion of the compartment and configured to connect with the cord. The vehicle console can further include a removable cover overlaid across the channel.
