    Abstract: Method and system of operating an Intelligent Pump-and-Treat groundwater recovery system where the groundwater level is monitored in monitoring wells and that information transmitted to a computer controller. The computer controller calculates a new groundwater extraction flow rate required to maintain a desired capture zone and then automatically changes the flow rate of the groundwater extraction pump accordingly.
