  • Patent number: 5240260
Abstract: A toy game apparatus includes a plurality of independent character figure body portion segments which are rotatably received on a bent rod so that they extend upwardly from a base and a plurality of upwardly facing, hand-like ball receiving elements on each of the body portion segments. The apparatus further includes a sound responsive operating mechanism for rotating the bent rod to shift the body portion segments back and forth in response to a predetermined level of sound. The apparatus is operative in an amusement game wherein game players are required to assemble balls in the ball receiving elements and wherein talking or laughing sounds produced by game players cause the operating mechanism to rotate the bend rod to shift the body portion segments back and forth.

  • Patent number: 4303246
Abstract: A table game is provided in which a pair of players alternate in sliding flat game pieces onto a game board, between the top surface of the game board and a transparent cover. The game board is divided into a matrix of channels along which the game pieces slide and a game piece entering a completely filled channel forces the game piece at the far end of the channel to fall off the base. The first player to completely fill a row, or a column or a diagonal of the matrix with his game pieces is declared the winner.

  • Patent number: 4243227
Abstract: An action toy game comprises a flat hollow frame having an actuating lever mounted at each end and an arcuate slot extending from one lever to the other and forming a passageway for the travel of disc-shaped playing pieces propelled therethrough by manual actuation of the levers. At its central portion the arcuate slot communicates with an underlying display section of the frame, the display section being formed with a plurality of vertical compartments and having windows communicating with the vertical compartments and arranged in a square grid pattern. When each actuating lever is actuated by a player, a playing piece is propelled through the arcuate slot and drops into one of the vertical compartments where it is exposed through a window. The game pieces fill the slots until one player forms a line of game pieces according to a game plan.
