Abstract: A 4 blade electric shaver head adapted to be connected to an electric shaver that includes a handle and an electric motor for operating the shaver head. The head includes four rotary cutters arranged in a square configuration and four holders also arranged in a square configuration. Each of the holders holds one of the cutters. The inner edges of the four holders define a point at the center of the shaver head. A housing for the holders includes an upper surface. The holders are retained by the housing but are mounted for pivotal movement such that the inner edges and outer edges can move up and down. A spring biases the holders in a position wherein the outer edges lie above the upper surface of the housing and wherein the holders slant downwardly toward the center thereby forming a concave shaving surface. The holders are interconnected to each other so as to always pivot in unison.

The housing (12), central hub (118) and clipper mechanism (14) are arranged such that a person can hold the electric hair clipper by placing his or her fingers in the space between the housing (12) and the clipper mechanism (14) with the central hub (1 18) lying between two fingers and with the back of the person's fingers resting in a pair of elongated spaced apart recesses (26, 28) formed in the bottom of the housing (12) on opposite sides of the hub (118).

Abstract: A shaving brush for applying shaving foam to a person's body includes a brush head comprised of a plurality of bristles secured at one end to a base and a hollow handle secured to the opposite side of the base. The handle can contain a foamable liquid therein. A passageway extends between the interior of the handle and the bristles through the base. A small electric motor on the outside of the handle spins an agitating blade within the handle to turn the liquid into foam which is forced through the passageway when a portion of the handle is depressed. The handle also includes as opening therein which allows liquid to be introduced into the interior of the hollow handle by the spinning blade.
