Abstract: Techniques for efficiently using a display area of a hardware display for a user interface are provided herein. Data items are displayed on the user interface at varying sizes based on a focal parameter value, such as a focal time. When the focal parameter value changes due to a scroll input or other input, the size and position of the data items is adjusted based on the updated focal parameter value such that a user is able to scroll through the data items in a non-linear fashion.

These systems and methods may include, when operating in the minimized view, displaying the primary calendar including a time slot and invoking display of a primary calendar entry in an expanded view format showing at least one detail of the primary calendar entry and at least one awareness indicator corresponding to the time slot of the primary calendar. In an example, the awareness indicator represents the associated secondary calendar including scheduling information in the time slot and providing fewer details than the expanded view format, and the display device may display the primary calendar entry and additional scheduling information for the time slot from the associated secondary calendar corresponding to the awareness indicator in the expanded view format.

Abstract: A method and system is disclosed for receiving advertisement content files within a digital advertisement platform operating on a server computing system. Data defining a compressed file is received at the server. The compressed file includes a hierarchical structure of folders and a number of advertisement content files disposed within the hierarchical structure of folders. The hierarchical structure of folders is automatically extracted from the compressed file. The extracted hierarchical structure of folders is automatically created within a content library maintained within the digital advertisement platform. The advertisement content files are automatically extracted from the compressed file. The extracted advertisement content files are stored within the hierarchical structure of folders created within the content library so as to mirror disposition of the advertisement content files in the hierarchical structure of folders within the compressed file.

Abstract: The invention is directed to methods and data structures that enable a server to respond to a request for a web page by storing data fragments that are at least partially responsive to the request in a cache that is resident in kernel mode physical memory. The cache, a fragment cache, enables the server to respond efficiently, by receiving the request in a kernel mode; composing a response to the request by addressing the fragment cache in kernel mode to retrieve one or more data fragments at least partially responsive to the request; and transforming the data fragments into a composed response. The data fragments are addressable via a universal resource locator (URL) and in a hierarchical data structure, and are addressable by an application responding to the request.
