Abstract: A database load tool includes a user interface, a naming engine, a load engine, and an index engine. The user interface receives a path of a folder storing a plurality of files and an index. The naming engine renames each file of the plurality of files in response to the user interface receiving the path. The load engine loads the plurality of files to a database in response to the user interface receiving the path. The index engine generates a control file for each file of the plurality of files in response to the user interface receiving the path. Each control file includes a file type of the file for the control file and the index. The load engine further loads the control file to the database. Each file of the plurality of files is indexed according to its control file by the database.

Abstract: Methods for converting an Adobe™ PDF document into an editable document is provided. Methods may receive an Adobe™ PDF document and displaying the Adobe™ PDF document. Methods may enable a user to create a plurality of horizontal lines and a plurality of vertical lines on the document. The horizontal and vertical lines may create rows and columns. Methods may create an editable document upon receipt of at least one row and at least one column on the document. The editable document may correspond to the rows and columns within the created horizontal and vertical lines. The editable document may be a Microsoft Excel™ spreadsheet or any other suitable document. Methods may create a horizontal line or vertical line at a location of a cursor when a corresponding click is received.

A system is configured to initiate the presentation of a first user interface to enable a first user to receive a work request received from a source; assign a category to the work request based on at least an objective and a priority level associated with the work request; and allocate the work request to a second user based on at least the category; transmit the allocated work request to the second user; initiate the presentation of a second user interface to enable a second user to retrieve the work request, and process the work request, wherein processing the work request further comprises addressing the work request based on at least the status and the priority level; and transmit the processed work request to third user for a quality assessment.
