    Abstract: A cosmetic case is provided. The cosmetic case contains multiple compartments. A base for holding cosmetic product containers forms the lower compartment. A movable tray positioned above the containers forms the upper compartment. The tray slides backward along with the opening of a lid of the cosmetic case. In addition, the tray slides forward upon closing of the lid. Bottom side of the tray has protruding formations that match the shapes of the containers. The protrusions substantially plug the containers upon closing the cosmetic case.
