    Abstract: An electro-hydraulic hybrid system for a vehicle utilizes both the advantages of the hydraulic hybrid system and the electric hybrid system to maximize the collection of energy lost during a braking process and to provide launch assists in an acceleration process. The electro-hydraulic hybrid system includes an ECU that controls the electro-hydraulic hybrid system, a hydraulic drive pump, an accumulator, a hydraulic reservoir, a hydraulic pump, an electric motor, a power converter, and a battery. The hydraulic reservoir is in fluid communication with the accumulator through the hydraulic drive pump that functions as the main component of the hydraulic regenerative braking system. The hydraulic reservoir is also in fluid communication with the accumulator through the hydraulic pump that acts as the main component of the electro-hydraulic inter-conversion unit along with the electric motor, the at least one battery, and power converter that are electrically connected to each other.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for handling integrated circuits in automated testing. The handler apparatus includes an upper assembly that is selectively translatable above a testing surface and a lower bracket extending from and positioned below the upper assembly. The lower bracket forms a first opening, is selectively moveable upward and downward, and includes a rotatable finger extending downward to pick up and place an integrated circuit in a socket. The handier may further include an image sensor to detect potential error conditions, and a tool extending from the lower bracket to open and dose a lid on the socket. The methods include sensing an image of an integrated circuit during certain phases of testing, analyzing the image to determine if the integrated circuit is positioned correctly, and correcting any detected error conditions before continuing with the automated testing.

Mobility of the communication device between a source cell and a target cell is performed as follows: when the communication session uses a nomadic IP address and the target cell is associated with the same TUPF serving area as the source cell but the base station is unable to determine the TUPF serving area of the target cell, the base station initiates a redirection procedure rather than a handover procedure. When performing the redirection procedure, the communication connection for the communication session via the source cell is broken before the target cell has been prepared to receive communication for the communication session of the communication device.
