  • Publication number: 20220300639
Abstract: Systems for dynamic detection and encryption of sensitive data are disclosed. The sensitive data may be dynamically detected (i.e., detected in real-time) as it is entered into fields of a software application frontend user interface (UI). The application frontend UI may be implemented using a web browser. Upon detection of the sensitive data, in some embodiments, the application can request a unique public key from a key rotation service of a cloud computing environment. The sensitive data may be encrypted based on the public key received from the key rotation service. The application frontend UI can request a unique public key from an application backend for frontend (BFF). The sensitive data may be encrypted based on the public key received from the application BFF.

  • Patent number: 9028142
Abstract: Temperatures in microelectronic integrated circuit packages and components may be measured in situ using carbon nanotube networks. An array of carbon nanotubes strung between upstanding structures may be used to measure local temperature. Because of the carbon nanotubes, a highly accurate temperature measurement may be achieved. In some cases, the carbon nanotubes and the upstanding structures may be secured to a substrate that is subsequently attached to a microelectronic package.

  • Publication number: 20070298525
Abstract: Stress in microelectronic integrated circuit packages may be measured in situ using carbon nanotube networks. An array of carbon nanotubes strung between upstanding structures may be used to measure the local stress in two dimensions. Because of the characteristics of the carbon nanotubes, a highly accurate stress measurement may be achieved. In some cases, the carbon nanotubes and the upstanding structures may be secured to a substrate that is subsequently attached within a microelectronic package. In other cases, the nanotube structures may be formed directly onto integrated circuit dice.

  • Publication number: 20070222472
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is a technique to form stress sensors on a package in situ. A first array of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) aligned in a first orientation is deposited at a first location on a substrate or a die in a wafer. The first array is intercalated with polymer. The first polymer-intercalated array is covered with a protective layer. A second array of CNTs aligned in a second orientation is deposited at a second location on the substrate or the die. The second array is intercalated with polymer.

  • Publication number: 20070107500
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is a technique to sense moisture uptake of package polymers in humid environment. A capacitor is formed in a semiconductor package having a capacitance changing according to a real-time moisture adsorption in the package. A capacitance circuit provides measurement of the capacitance of the capacitor corresponding to an in-situ measurement of the moisture adsorption.
