The gyrating disc has a weight on the interior or exterior of the edge, or between the center and the edge. When the gyrating disc is launched in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner, the disc achieves a gyrating flight, moving on its horizontal plane and stable at the vertical axis established in the center of the disc.

At least one value corresponding to earnings quality of an entity is generated based on at least one metric of accruals, and the entity is classified according to the at least one value. For example, the entity may be classified according to the value as likely to have overstated its earnings and/or as likely to experience one or more business outcomes (e.g., a change in stock price, SEC enforcement action, and/or class-action lawsuit). As another example, multiple entities may be separated into various classes by ranking the entities according to their respective values. Such a ranking may provide useful heuristics regarding whether the entities have manipulated (e.g., overstated or understated) their earnings. Information about the classification may be made available for a fee and may allow parties to make better business and regulatory decisions.

Adjustable attachment structure is located on the back side of the body extending inwardly from a first end of the body. Complementary adjustable attachment structure is located on the front side of the body extending inwardly from an opposite second end. The banner is wrapped around an object until its ends are superimposed and the banner is firmly mounted in place by engagement of the attachment structure and complementary attachment structure.

Abstract: A door stop is in the form of a generally U-shaped base having a spacing member extending outwardly from one of the vertical walls of the base. The door stop is slidably mounted on the bottom of a door. The spacing member is of a length greater than the distance a doorknob or other door hardware extends from the door. As a result, when the door is swung to its open position the spacing member contacts the room wall to prevent the door hardware from contacting the room wall. A magnet could be mounted to the wall molding to magnetically hold the door in its open position where at least part of the door stop is made of metal.
