  • Publication number: 20240050314
Abstract: A closure system is disclosed for closing a container opening. The closure system includes a stopper member, a cage member for mounting to the container, and a spring member. The stopper member has a plug portion that tightly fits into the container opening and a cover portion that abuts a boundary surface adjacent to the container opening container. The stopper member plug portion is fitted into the container opening, the stopper member cover portion abuts the boundary surface of the container, and the cage member is mounted to the container to hold the stopper member, when the closure system is in an assembled state. The cage and spring members are arranged to position the spring member between the stopper member cover portion and the cage member such that the spring member pushes the cage member away from the cover portion when the closure system is in the assembled state.

  • Publication number: 20240050315
Abstract: A closure system (3) for closing an opening (25) of a container (2) comprises a stopper member (31), a cage member (32) and a lock activation formation (34). The stopper member (31) is made of an elastic material and has a plug portion (311) configured to fit into the opening (25) of the container (2) and a cover portion (312) configured to abut a boundary surface (24) adjacent to the opening (25) of the container (2). The cage member (32) is made of a shape-retentive material. The closure system (3) is configured to be in an assembled state in which the plug portion (311) of the stopper member (31) is fitted into the opening (25) of the container (2), the cover portion (312) of the stopper member (31) abuts the boundary surface (24) of the container (2) and the cage member (32) is mounted to the container (2).

  • Publication number: 20240051719
Abstract: A closure system for closing a container opening is disclosed that includes a stopper member, a cage member for mounting to a container, a cover member reversibly mountable to the cage member, and an integrity visualization member. The stopper member has a plug portion to fit into the container opening and a cover portion to abut a boundary surface of the container opening. The plug portion of the stopper member is fitted into the opening of the container and the cage member is mounted to the container. The cage member applies a force to the cover portion to push the cover portion onto the boundary surface of the container opening. The cover member covers an aperture of the cage member when mounted to the cage member. The integrity visualization member indicates an integrity of the closure system and is positioned between the cover portion and the cage member.

  • Publication number: 20230382603
Abstract: A closure system is disclosed for closing an opening of a container. The system includes a stopper member made of an elastic material, a plug portion configured to tightly fit into the container opening and a cover portion configured to abut a boundary surface adjacent to the container opening. A cage member of the system is made of a shape-retentive material, and includes a stopper contacting section, a clipping structure and an intermediate section therebetween. The clipping structure is configured to clip in a corresponding structure of the container. The cage member is configured such that the stopper contacting section applies a pressure to the stopper member cover portion to push the stopper member cover portion onto the boundary surface of the container opening, when the stopper member plug portion is fitted into the container opening and the cage member clipping structure clips in the corresponding structure of the container.

  • Publication number: 20230181420
Abstract: An adapter (1) for connecting a dispenser to a container having a neck with an interior passage comprises a body portion (2) with a container end (27) and a dispenser end (23, 25) opposite to the container end (27). The body portion (2) has a longitudinal axis (21) centrally extending between the dispenser end (23, 25) and the container end (27), and an essentially cylindrical outer surface (22). The body portion (2) comprises sealing lamellas (24) outwardly extending from the outer surface (22). The sealing lamellas (24) of the body portion (2) are spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis (21). Each of the sealing lamellas (24) of the body portion (2) has a root end adjoining the outer surface (22) of the body portion (2). The root ends of at least two neighboring sealing lamellas (24) have different thicknesses.

  • Patent number: 11517676
Abstract: An assembly for an autoinjector device, the assembly including a syringe support for supporting a syringe by limiting forward axial movement of the syringe relative to the syringe support, and a guard element attachable to the syringe support by an attachment so that the guard element is axially restrained both axially forwardly and axially rearwardly relative to the syringe support by the attachment. Forwardly directed axial loads received by the guard element are transmitted to the syringe support via the attachment.
