    Abstract: The present invention relates to an exercise aid device which is placed over top of a user's foot. The exercise aid device has a base, a raised backing, and two sidewalls positioned about opposing sides of one another. The two sidewalk extend towards one another at the front end of the base, forming a band which provides for a first opening. A foot may be placed through the first opening, and held securely in place by the combination of the band and the raised backing. An exercise band may be looped through an opening which extends from one sidewall to the opposing sidewall and through the base, or may be affixed to the device by a securement placed on the exterior of the device to attach resistance cables such that the exercise aid device serves as an anchoring unit during exercise routines.
