    Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus, method and computer program for adding context to a chat transcript. A message is received which defines at least a part of the chat transcript. The message is then analysed in order that context can be added to it and the modified message is then transmitted to interested parties. Note, the message could for example be modified by assigning a verb thereto and by associating a person with that verb. In this way the chat transcript reads more like a story narrative.
