  • Publication number: 20210181079
Abstract: Readings produced by an improved slump meter will be the consistent across a wide range of redi-mix units, regardless of the size of the load, make, model, age or condition of the redi-mix unit, therefore any mix consistency can be easily duplicated or created, by producing a common number for each mixer when running and empty, applying a conversion factor to raw hydraulic or electric motor work measurement data, and averaging and to stabilize the output reading on a refreshing period.

  • Publication number: 20210178632
Abstract: A system and method for automatically controlling concrete batch mixing cycles and for training an operator to minimize the mixing cycles, includes receiving real time mixer motor power measurements; detecting an initial peak value among the real time mixer motor power measurements; determining, by a processor, an initial amount of water to add to a concrete batch; waiting a first time period to determine a first supplemental amount of water to add to a concrete batch; and, then, periodically determining additional supplemental amounts of water to add to a concrete batch; until, the real time mixer motor power measurements meet a pre-determined target mixer motor power value, responsive to which, one or more outputs are activated, such as a user interface indicator that the batch is ready, or an optional electronic signal to a batch control system to dump the batch, or both.

An adjustable horizontal bar extends between the pair of vertical handles, and a locking mechanism connects the at least one adjustable horizontal bar and one of the pair of elongate vertical handles. A locking mechanism is located at an intersection of the horizontal bar and the one of the elongate vertical handles. A method for installing and adjusting wall-mount hardware installs a pair of elongate vertical handles to an upright support surface. The ends of a horizontal bar are installed onto the pair of elongate vertical handles. Abstract: A handle assembly and a method of installing the handle assembly are provided. The handle assembly has first and second mounts, and a handle with a handle portion extending between and connecting first and second end regions. The first and second end regions are received for translation along the longitudinal axis within the first and second mounts. First and second locking elements are connected to the first mount, and the handle, respectively. The handle has a first longitudinal position with the first and second locking elements engaged to retain the handle in one of a plurality of angular positions. The handle has a second longitudinal position with the first and second locking elements spaced apart from one another such that the handle and the second locking element are rotatable to change an angular position of the handle relative to the first and second mounts.

  • Patent number: 10552827
Abstract: Providing backup digital certificates comprises an application provider, such as a digital wallet system, that obtains signed digital certificates from a certificate authority. The digital wallet system provides an application, such as a digital wallet application, to a user computing devise along with a primary digital certificate and a backup digital certificate. The user computing device utilizes the primary digital certificate to ensure a secure connection with the digital wallet system. If the primary digital certificate is compromised, the digital wallet system may communicate the backup digital certificate to the digital wallet system when a subsequent secure connection is requested. The user computing device may access the backup digital certificate and verify the provided digital certificate. The digital wallet system provides a new backup digital certificate to the user computing device, and the user computing device deletes the compromised digital certificate.
