The adaptor body includes a first face (14) and an opposing face (20); wherein the second end comprises at least one fastener (13), the adaptor body formed from a flexible material allowing a portion of the second end to be folded about the waist band. A portion of the second face folds back on itself allowing a portion of the first face to meet at least a portion of the second face in opposing engagement.
