  • Patent number: 12371738
Abstract: A reverse transcriptase quantitative polymerase chain reaction based analyzing system includes a sampling tube. The sampling tube includes a tube portion, a cap coupled to the tube portion via a ratchet locking mechanism. The system comprises a microfluidic processing unit coupled to the sampling tube. An intake system receives pre-registered, sealed microfluidic labs into the system, and disinfects them before processing begins. The microfluidic processing unit comprises a piezo electric type ribonucleic acid extraction and concentration unit coupled to the sampling tube, an eluent storage unit, an eluate dosing chamber, an analysis settling chamber with a bubble removal area, an assay rehydration unit, an assay analysis unit and a no-target control analysis unit.

  • Publication number: 20210045296
Abstract: A cultivation system and method. Conditioned airflow is directed downwardly and in crosswise opposition into a sealed cultivation chamber. The conditioned airflow passes through plants in the chamber, strengthening the plants, transferring heat, humidity and CO2, and scrubbing the plants of infectious particles, resulting in spent airflow. The spent airflow is recovered from the chamber below where the conditioned airflow was introduced. The spent airflow is conditioned and reintroduced to the chamber as conditioned airflow. A volume of the conditioned airflow directed into the chamber is substantially equal to a volume of the spent airflow received from the chamber, and a volume of the spent airflow in the system between receiving the airflow and conditioning the airflow is substantially equal to a volume of the conditioned airflow in the system between conditioning the airflow and directing the airflow, for maintaining consistent airflow within the chamber.

  • Patent number: 7555383
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for identifying one or more targets of interest, and scheduling the tracking of at least one such target of interest employing one or more remote sensing/tracking systems. A target finder finds, describes, and provides a report concerning targets of potential interest. A target selector selects at least one target of interest from a plurality of identified targets. A plurality of remote sensing/tracking systems are operative to track the at least one target of interest. A tracking control system schedules at least one of the remote sensing/tracking systems to track the at least one target of interest based on at least one tracking parameter.
