  • Patent number: 12008413
Abstract: A vector entry of a signaling vector is registered to a buffer summary group. The buffer summary group includes one or more summary indicators for one or more buffers assigned to the buffer summary group. A command is processed that sets a vector indicator in the vector entry and based on setting the vector indicator in the vector entry, a summary indicator of the one or more summary indicators is set in the buffer summary group.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 29, 2021
Date of Patent: June 11, 2024
    Assignee: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION
Inventors: Peter Dana Driever, David Harold Surman, Peter Kenneth Szwed, Andrew Walter Piechowski, Steven Neil Goss
  • Publication number: 20230030241
Abstract: A buffer summary group of a plurality of buffer summary groups is accessed. The buffer summary group includes one or more summary indicators for one or more buffers assigned to the buffer summary group. A summary indicator of the one or more summary indicators of the buffer summary group is checked to determine whether an event has occurred for at least one buffer of the one or more buffers assigned to the buffer summary group. Based on the checking indicating that the event has occurred, one or more actions are performed.

  • Patent number: 6815535
Abstract: Method of obtaining a fibrinogen enriched preparation by (i) adding an effective amount of a sulphated polysaccharide (SPS) to a fibrinogen containing solution to form a fibrinogen containing precipitate and (ii) extracting fibrinogen from the fibrinogen containing precipitate from step (i) with a solution containing at least 0.1M salt to obtain a fibrinogen enriched preparation.

  • Patent number: 5706432
Abstract: Computer system processing complexes which can operate actually or apparently synchronously and in parallel or asynchronously in a network have a coupling facility for sending and receiving commands, responses, and data. The memory for the central processing complexes (which is accessible to each of the processing elements) is provided with storage for messages and data for coupling over a communication channel interface. Each of a plurality of processing elements (CPC) has data objects used to maintain state information for shared data in the coupling facility storage. The coupling facility can receive both message commands and data, sending data and responses to messages, and sending and receiving secondary messages.
