    Abstract: An electrical box installation apparatus including a mast. The apparatus includes a gripper assembly comprised of a pivoting arm, a stationary arm, and a pivoting handle. The gripper assembly is coupled with the mast. A wallboard gauge is secured to the mast. The apparatus allows for a switchboard to be held securely in position as it is nailed to a framing member.
