Abstract: A closure for pharmaceutical preparations, a method for manufacturing closures for pharmaceutical preparations, and a rotary deposition apparatus for manufacturing closures for pharmaceutical preparations are provided. The closure for pharmaceutical preparations includes a polymeric closure body and at least one barrier layer over the polymeric closure body. Further, the at least one barrier layer comprises an adhesion promotion layer material within at least a portion of a thickness of the at least one barrier layer proximal to a surface of the polymeric closure body and the adhesion promotion layer material includes SiOxCy:H. Furthermore, the at least one barrier layer comprises a barrier layer material within at least a portion of the thickness of the at least one barrier layer distal from the surface of the polymeric closure body and the barrier layer material is selected from the group consisting of SixNy, SixCy, SixOyNz, SixOyCz, SiO2, AlxOy, AlOxNy, TiO2, and combinations thereof.

Abstract: An electronic device logistics, grading, clearing, and testing system is shown and described. The system includes an entry point for receiving devices and a routing table that directs each device to different stations based on its condition and processing needs. These stations include a pre-grading station to check for significant damage, a memory wipe station to clear data, a cleaning station to remove debris and labels, a labeling station to apply new identifiers, a grading station to assess the device's condition, and a functional testing station to check components like the screen, buttons, speakers, and cameras. After testing, the system prepares the device for exit by removing any connectors, then organizes it for shipment or further handling. The entire process is designed to minimize human contact and improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

The flexible cover lens film has improved strength, elasticity, optical transmission, and anti-abrasion properties, and contains a multi-layer hardcoat disposed on a substrate layer. The substrate layer has a thickness of 2 ?m to 100 ?m and the multi-layer hardcoat has a thickness of 1 ?m to 30 ?m. The multi-layer hardcoat contains a first layer deposited using a wet deposition process, a second layer deposited using a dry deposition process, and one or more adhesion promotion layers. For optical properties, the multi-layer hardcoat has a total transmission greater than 88%, a haze of about 1% or less, and a yellowness index of b*<1. By combining wet and dry deposition processes to form the multi-layer hardcoat, the cover lens film is both flexible and strong with a hardness between 4H and 9H.
