  • Patent number: 11933539
Abstract: A system and method for improving the performance of an oxygen, nitrogen, and argon producing air separation unit configured to produce a gaseous nitrogen product stream is provided. By recycling the argon condenser boil-off vapor stream to the main air compression train, the argon recovery and oxygen recovery while maintaining the production level of a medium or high pressure gaseous nitrogen product stream. In addition, some operational cost savings in terms of lower power costs can also be realized compared to some prior art oxygen, nitrogen, and argon producing air separation units.

  • Publication number: 20240089275
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer program product, and a computer system for log anomaly detection. A computer receives a windowed log of incoming raw log messages. A computer compares statistical distribution metrics of entities in the windowed log with a statistical distribution extracted from a real-time statistical model for the entities. In response to the statistical distribution metrics being statistically different from the statistical distribution extracted from the real-time statistical model for the entities, a computer tags the windowed log as an entity anomaly. A computer computes a distance between an average word embedding vector in the windowed log and a statistical distribution extracted form a real-time statistical model for word embeddings. In response to the distance being greater than a predetermined threshold, a computer tags the windowed log as a word embedding anomaly. A computer sends to a user an alert with an anomaly severity level.

  • Patent number: 11526714
Abstract: A computer implemented method for proofing a selected part of a graphical data input file for output to an output device by automatically adjusting at least one graphics feature in the input file to compensate for a predetermined resolution limit. The method includes identifying one or more portions in the selected part of the input file having an initial thickness less than the resolution limit, determining a set of optimal anisotropic offset parameters that will bring the one or more portions above the predetermined resolution limit with a minimal total offset value, applying an offset using the anisotropic offset parameters to modify the selected part of the input file to give the one or more portions an adjusted thickness greater than the initial thickness, and creating an output file comprising the at least one graphics feature having the adjusted thickness.

  • Patent number: 10319082
Abstract: Presented is a method for identifying and removing one or more thin lines from a binary source image. The steps include generating a hole-filled intermediate binary image, and performing a thin line detection and removal process on the hole-filled intermediate binary image. The thin line detection and removal is performed by creating an eroded intermediate image, creating an opened intermediate image by performing a morphology dilation process, inverting the opened intermediate image, generating a density adjusted binary source image, generating a difference pixel intermediate image, generating a thin line subtraction intermediate image, and subtracting the thin line subtraction intermediate image from the binary source image to create a binary output image.
