    Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions comprising cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), and select omega-3 fatty acids are provided. The CBD and THC are present in a weight ratio of CBD:THC of 10:1 to 20:1. The omega-3 fatty acids comprise eicosapentaenoic acid and/or docosahexaenoic acid. Such compositions are useful in the treatment and prevention of traumatic brain injuries, concussions, post-concussive brain injury (PCS), and complications arising from such injuries.
