Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary cleaning brush device for cleaners of paved surfaces, whose brushes (2) are aligned perpendicularly to the straight travel direction of the cleaner and have peripheral regions which are formed of an orderly succession of projections (8) and recesses (9), the projections (8) of each brush (2) fitting into the recesses (9) of another brush (2), and having at least one pair of brushes (2) arranged with their respective axes of rotation (4) convergent together in a direction away from a surface (7) to be swept, the brushes (2) being rotated in a direction which produces, in the areas of least mutual distance between the brushes (2), tangent velocities which are on the average oppositely directed with respect to the straight travel direction of such cleaners.

Abstract: A floor sweeping blade device for surface cleaning machines is disclosed which comprises a body (3) having a main direction of extension and being split into a plurality of portions (3a,3b) which are consecutively arranged, rigid, and articulated to one another, and flexible blades (8) carried on the body (3) and lying substantially parallel to one another and to said main direction of extension, each having a working edge (8a) adapted to rest directly onto a surface (6) being swept, the blades (8) also extending continuously between the portions (3a,3b) and being deformable elastically by the mutual oscillations of the portions (3a,3b).

Abstract: The invention relates to a steering device for paved surface cleaners, of a type commonly referred to as auto-scrubbers and comprising a first forward movement control assembly (11) having at least two manually seizable handle levers (13) for oscillation in an angular direction, an electric motor (8) controlled by the handle lever (13) oscillation, and two traction wheels (6) driven by the electric motor (8), and a second steering control assembly (12) independent of movements of the handle levers (13) and having at least two pushbutton controls (21a) located at the handle lever (13) ends and being actuatable manually, two electromagnets (19) connected electrically to said pushbutton controls (21a), and two brakes (9) for the traction wheels (6) applied selectively by the electromagnets (19).
