Abstract: A setup, imaging, and gating/tracking through holographic topography (S.I.G.H.T.) mapping system includes a mm-wave antenna array and a SIGHT computing device. The mm-wave antenna array is configured to transmit a first plurality of mm-wave signals directed toward a patient positioned on a treatment device, receive a second plurality of mm-wave signal reflected by the patient and the treatment device, and generate at least one output signal based on the second plurality of mm-wave signals. The S.I.G.H.T. computing device includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The S.I.G.H.T. computing device is configured to receive the at least one output signal from the mm-wave antenna array and to process the at least one output signal to generate at least one of: i) a position of a patient relative to the treatment device and ii) a reconstructed image of the patient.
