Abstract: A cup holder assembly includes a lens and a cup holder liner. The lens is configured to receive light from a light source and direct the light towards a perimeter edge of the lens. The cup holder liner is composed of a light transmissive material and is disposed above the lens. The cup holder liner includes a peripheral wall that has an interior surface defining a receptacle. The lens extends beyond an exterior surface of the peripheral wall to define a perimeter edge segment of the lens that protrudes from the exterior surface of the peripheral wall to the perimeter edge of the lens. The lens is configured to emit light from the perimeter edge segment into the peripheral wall through the exterior surface thereof to illuminate the interior surface of the peripheral wall of the cup holder liner.

Abstract: A credit report user interface is provided that may comprise a credit event timeline to view events associated with various accounts associated with a consumer. Credit events may be determined by accessing and analyzing a consumer's credit report from one or more of the national credit bureaus. In some embodiments the consumer can see credit events associated with all of the consumer's accounts or only from a limited number of the consumer's accounts. The consumer may also be able to search credit events, sort credit events, view the impact of credit events on one or more of the consumer's credit scores, and view predicted future credit events.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating alerts in association with a request to open an account for an individual. For example, information identifying an individual may be received from a financial entity in association with the financial entity receiving a request to open an account for the individual from a requesting entity. The requesting entity may be a vendor or service provider associated with the financial entity. An electronic notification may then be sent to the individual, which may include a selectable option to indicate that the individual does not authorize opening of the account. In response to receiving an indication that the individual does not authorize opening of the account, notifications may be sent to both the financial entity and the requesting entity indicating that the individual has not authorized opening of the account.

Abstract: A computing system is configured to access a plurality of remote databases in order to identify data inconsistencies between the remote databases and provide user interfaces to a user in order to initiate communication via one or more APIs to certain remote databases indicating updates that reconcile said data inconsistencies.

The emblem has a structural body defined by emblem edges. The optical light guide is coupled to the housing and has a shape associated with the emblem. A surface of the optical light guide faces and is at least partially covered by the structural body of the emblem. The optical light guide defines exposed edges that project laterally beyond the emblem edges of the emblem. The optical light guide is configured to receive light generated by the light source and to emit at least some of the light along the exposed edges thereof.

Abstract: Techniques for image-based search using touch controls are described. An apparatus may comprise: a processor circuit; a gesture component operative on the processor circuit to receive gesture information from a touch-sensitive screen displaying an image and generate a selection area corresponding to the gesture information; a capture component operative on the processor circuit to extract an image portion of the image corresponding to the selection area; and a search component operative on the processor circuit to perform an image-based search using the extracted image portion.
