  • Publication number: 20210321870
Abstract: A recovery monitoring system for a hospitalized patient includes a ward-level monitoring apparatus at least comprising a first wireless communication module; and at least one mobile monitoring device attached to the body of a target object, where the at least one mobile monitoring device includes a second wireless communication module in coupling communication with the first wireless communication module. The at least one mobile monitoring device acquires a patient recovery state parameter of the target object, and uses a first wireless transmission scheme to transmit, by means of the second wireless communication module, the patient recovery state parameter to the first wireless communication module. The ward-level monitoring apparatus uses the first wireless transmission scheme to receive, by means of the first wireless communication module, the patient recovery state parameter from the at least one mobile monitoring device. The disclosed system realizes real time monitoring of a hospitalized patient.

  • Publication number: 20070200967
Abstract: A method of making a polarizer and a polarizing sheet is disclosed. The method of making a polarizer comprises providing a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film; dipping the PVA film into a first solution to perform a pre-treatment, wherein the first solution contains a carboxylic acid having at least two carboxyl groups or a derivative thereof and a catalyst catalyzing the reaction between the carboxylic acid and the surface of the PVA film; dipping the pretreated PVA film into a dye solution to perform a dyeing; dipping the dyed PVA film into a second solution while stretching the PVA film, wherein the second solution contains boric acid; and drying the stretched PVA film to form a polarizer.

Abstract: A method of making a polarizer includes providing a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film; dipping the PVA film into a dye solution for dyeing; dipping the PVA film into a first solution for pre-treatment; and dipping the pretreated PVA film into a second solution while stretching the PVA film. The first solution contains dicarboxylic acid and a catalyst for catalyzing the reaction between the dicarboxylic acid and the surface of the PVA film, and does not contain boric acid. The second solution contains boric acid.

  • Publication number: 20060011419
Abstract: The present invention discloses a non-contact optical sensor switch assembly of elevators which comprises a plurality of switches equidistantly aligned with each other and disposed on a panel of an elevator, and each switch is an operation button for the elevator; a plurality of optical sensors disposed on the switches, such that before a finger touches the switches, the optical sensor is capable of detecting an approaching finger, and the switches are electrically coupled to a signal detect circuit of the elevator, and the signal detect circuit is coupled to a control circuit of the elevator; thereby, when the optical sensor senses the approaching finger, the optical sensor sends a detect signal to the signal detect circuit and the detect circuit sends the detect signal to the control circuit, such that the control circuit executes the corresponding operation according to an instruction given by pressing the switch.
