  • Patent number: 11011090
Abstract: A display device and driving method thereof are provided. In the display device, a control circuit provides first and second start signals. In a display panel, a pixel array has a plurality of odd and even gate lines. A first and second gate circuits respectively receive the first and second start signals, and respectively provide the sequentially enabled first and second gate signals to odd and even gate lines according to the phases of the first and second start signals, respectively. One of the first and second start signals is phase-shifted by at least one clock cycle from a preset phase during a first scan period that scans from a first side to a second side of the pixel array or during a second scan period that scans from the second side to the first side of the pixel array.

  • Patent number: 10267844
Abstract: A detecting circuit for a panel adapted for detecting a panel which has a grounding loop is disclosed. The detecting circuit for a panel includes a first switch and a first multiplexer. The first switch is electrically connected to the grounding loop and a first ground terminal. The first switch is off in a detecting mode and on in a protection mode. The first multiplexer is electrically connected to the grounding loop and a second ground terminal. In the detecting mode, the current path between a first signal terminal of the first multiplexer and the grounding loop is conducted by the first multiplexer. In the protection mode, the current path between the second ground terminal and the grounding loop is conducted by the first multiplexer.

  • Patent number: 10261369
Abstract: An integrated circuit has a first pin, a voltage outputting circuit electrically connected to the first pin, a second pin, a current receiving circuit electrically connected to the second pin and a comparing circuit electrically connected to the current receiving circuit. The voltage outputting circuit outputs a first current which flow into the current receiving circuit through the second pin. After receiving the first current, the current receiving circuit outputs an output current to the comparing circuit and the comparing circuit compares the output current and a reference current to output an output signal.

  • Publication number: 20150102986
Abstract: The display apparatus includes a LCD panel, a power module, a driving module, and a switch unit. The LCD panel includes several pixels. The power module is turned on to provide an operation voltage to the driving module based on a start signal. The power module includes a voltage stabilizing capacitor. The driving module includes a gate driver and a discharge resistor. The discharge resistor is connected between the voltage stabilizing capacitor and a ground terminal. The switch unit is electrically connected between the voltage stabilizing capacitor and the discharge resistor. When the switch unit is conducted, the voltage stabilizing capacitor is electrically connected to the discharge resistor through the switch unit, and residual electric charges in the voltage stabilizing capacitor are released to the ground terminal through the discharge resistor.
