Abstract: The present invention relates to an active air flap comprising: a door including a barrier plate formed in a plate form, a pair of extension portions respectively extending in the thickness direction from both sides of the barrier plate in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of rotational coupling portions respectively formed at free ends of the pair of extension portions; and torsion prevention members disposed at positions corresponding to the pair of rotational coupling portions, and having one longitudinal end coupled to one extension portion and the other longitudinal end coupled to the other extension portion, whereby sufficient rigidity of the door may be secured such that the active air flap may prevent door twisting and abnormal door opening caused by wind pressure during high-speed driving of a vehicle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pipe connection assembly of a heat exchanger for connecting a header tank and a pipe of the heat exchanger, in which a means for preventing a welding ring that fixes a manifold and a pipe from entering into a hollow at one end of the manifold before welding is disposed, and a space is formed between the inner surface of the one end of the manifold and the outer surface of the pipe, thereby preventing the molten welding ring from flowing out.

Abstract: Provided is an air-guard having a sub-guide structure, that is, an air-guard having a sub-guide structure for improving availability of air introduced into a vehicle grill. In particular, an air-guard having a sub-guide structure includes an improved structure for guiding air toward a suction duct at an upper end portion of the air-guard or an inside of the air-guard, thereby efficiently utilizing non-used air between the air-guard and a duct mounting portion.
