A pin is insertable through an opening of a housing and into the pin hole. A locking block spring for biasing the locking block in a first position where the pin is inserted into the pin hole and the locking block is disengaged from the spindle follower linkage, and a second position where the pin is removed and the locking block is pushed towards and engaged with the spindle follower linkage, thereby holding the spindle follower linkage in the locked position. A spring unit is held inside the pin hole to facilitate ejection of the pin.
