Abstract: Described herein are certain crystalline forms of Compound 3, as well as pharmaceutical compositions employing the crystalline forms. Also provided are particles (e.g., nanoparticles) comprising such crystalline forms or pharmaceutical compositions. In certain examples, the particles are mucus penetrating particles (MPPs). The present invention further relates to methods of treating or preventing diseases using crystalline forms or pharmaceutical compositions.

Abstract: According to some examples, solutions are provided for power distribution of input alternating current (AC) power to at least one power outlet while the input AC power is available, charging of a set of batteries by the input AC power while the input AC power is available, and power distribution of direct current (DC) power from the set of batteries to the power outlet when the input AC power is not available. For such examples, the power outlet is capable of conducting AC power and DC power to a load that is coupled to the power outlet and that can receive either AC power or DC power.

Abstract: A method for preserving volatile memory across a computer system disruption includes identifying a set of volatile memory. The set of volatile memory represents a portion of data in volatile memory to preserve during a system disruption. The method includes receiving a system event. The system event indicates that a computer system disruption will occur and that the set of volatile memory is to be written to a stable storage device. The method includes writing the set of volatile memory to the stable storage device to create a stored data set.

Abstract: Prosthetic valve embodiments are described herein that include a frame and a valve member mounted within the frame. The valve members can have a plurality of leaflets that are affixed to one another along their inflow edges, with articulating edges projecting from the inflow edges in the outflow direction. In an open configuration, the articulating edges can be collapsed radially inward by the forward flow of blood through the prosthetic valve, thereby creating a plurality of discrete flow areas between the frame and the inflow edges of the leaflets. In a closed configuration, the leaflets can be pushed radially outward by the reverse flow of blood, thereby closing the plurality of discrete flow areas.
