Abstract: A smart heating pad system is provided. The smart heating pad system includes a plurality of individual heating pads that are secured within a garment. Each heating pad includes a PCB having a USB connector, a wireless transceiver, and a microprocessor. Each heating pad includes dedicated batteries, or the heating pads are all operably connected to a single battery power supply. The microprocessor is operably connected to the temperature sensor, allowing temperature data to be transmitted to an external control device, such as a smartphone. The external control device also wirelessly adjust the temperature of the pads. The system provides the ability to independently monitor and adjust temperatures along different areas of the body depending on the type of garment in which the heating pads are secured.

Abstract: A programmable touchscreen light source dimmer is provided. The present invention comprises a dimmer circuitry housing that fits within a conventional light switch box, a removable faceplate, and optionally a cover that may be affixed over the faceplate. The present invention uses a microcontroller that is able to alter the output signal that is used to control the luminosity of the connected light sources between PWM and reverse phase control so that the type of dimming is ideally suited for the type of light source. The faceplate has a dynamic touchscreen through which users can easily alter the luminosity of connected light sources, program that device to follow preset schedules or respond to external stimuli, or activate various secondary functions.

Abstract: A programmable night light having a matrix of LEDs as its light source is provided. The present programmable LED night light comprises a panel supporting an LED matrix, a body portion, and a flexible neck extending between the panel and the body portion. The body portion further has a plug, which engages with a conventional electrical outlet, and preferably includes a motion sensor disposed on its front surface. The flexible neck of the present invention allows the orientation of the LED light source to be changed as desired by the user. Furthermore, the LED matrix is programmable via a wirelessly connected electronic device, allowing users to alter the luminosity of the LEDs, change the pattern displayed by the LED matrix, switch the device between a standard night light mode and a projection mode, and have the device respond to a variety of other inputs.

Abstract: An educational money management game comprises a host platform provider, a remote interface device in communication with the host platform provider and a moneybox in communication with the interface device. The interface device displays interactive game scenes produced by the host platform provider to a user. The moneybox includes a reader for reading the monetary value of coins inserted therein. When the user inserts coins in the moneybox, the monetary value thereof is communicated to the host platform provider and displayed by the interface device to be viewed by the user. The game includes an interactive interface for providing for the user to allot at least a portion of the displayed monetary value to one or more of said allocation options. A network is provided for a plurality of users via the internt using remote interfaces at each user's location. The game scenes produced include a common image displayed by each remote interface.
