    Abstract: Techniques are described for linked blockchains that allow computing devices to access information from an acceptance blockchain about acceptance reports stored in an enterprise delivery blockchain that are also linked to a product blockchain that stores information of the products of the acceptance reports. An acceptance report is indicative of operability of a product in a service provided by a service provider. A processor is configured to access the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, retrieve the acceptance report from the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, determine an identifier, identified in the block in the enterprise delivery blockchain, to a block in an acceptance blockchain, access the block in the acceptance blockchain via the determined identifier, retrieve from the block in the acceptance blockchain contextual information of the acceptance report, and output the acceptance report and contextual information of the acceptance report.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises: a base substrate, and display units on the base substrate; each of the display units comprises: an anode, a hole transporting layer, an electroluminescent layer, an electron transporting layer and a cathode, all of which are superposed in sequence; a plurality of nano-grooves are disposed on a surface of at least one of the hole transporting layer and the electron transporting layer, the surface is in contact with the electroluminescent layer; and a distance between any two adjacent nano-grooves is on a nanometric order of magnitude. The present disclosure is useful in improving the capability of the display units in resisting bending and preventing the display units from being ruptured due to a bending process.

    Abstract: A loop filtering method based on an adaptive self-guided filtering is mainly an adaptive self-guided filtering technology considering local structure information of an image, wherein a regularization coefficient is adjusted by calculating a weight coefficient of the regularization coefficient to realize the adaptive self-guide filtering, and then a region-level subspace mapping iterative optimization implemented on each region enables a mapping result of the each region to be optimal, wherein the mapping result of a whole image is closer to an original image. Beneficial effects of the loop filtering method are as follows: a filtering effect of a loop filtering is improved, a distortion effect of a reconstruction image is reduced and a reconstruction quality of a video frame is improved, wherein the reconstruction image is more favorable for a subsequent reference and a subjective and objective quality of the video is further improved.
