    Abstract: This application discloses data transmission that includes: dividing to-be-transmitted content into a plurality of data units at a session layer; transmitting the data units to the target terminal device by using a first transmission channel as a responsible channel of the to-be-transmitted content; distributing, by the session layer in a case that the session layer switches the responsible channel of the to-be-transmitted content from the first transmission channel to a second transmission channel with a different transmission protocol, the data units to the second transmission channel; and transmitting the data units distributed by the session layer to the target terminal device through the second transmission channel. In data transmission in this application, the session layer controls switching of the channels and distribution of the data units, so that the transmission sequence is free from constraints of protocols and the degree of freedom in data transmission is increased.

    Abstract: The invention provides a beam optical axis self-stabilizing device and method based on reflection mechanical modulation. The device includes a polarized beam splitter, a quarter-wave plate, a structural reflecting element, and a driving source. The quarter-wave plate is located at an output end of the polarized beam splitter. The reflecting element is located at a side of the quarter-wave plate away from the polarized beam splitter. The driving source drives the structural reflecting element to rotate at a uniform speed with an optical axis as an axis. Incident light passes through the polarized beam splitter to obtain split light. The split light passes through the quarter-wave plate to enter the structural reflecting element. The structural reflecting element rotates so that the phase of reflected light varies with time. The reflected light is modulated by the quarter-wave plate and emitted through the polarized beam splitter, and a target beam is obtained.

    Abstract: The present invention provides transgenic mice and nucleic acid constructs and methods for creating them. The transgenic mice are generated preferably by electroporation-mediated transfection of a nucleic acid construct into the testes of a sterile spermatogenesis-deficient male mouse. The construct includes DNA encoding a spermatogenesis rescue factor resulting in rescue of spermatogenesis while contemporaneously transferring a nucleic acid of interest for expression in the transgenic mouse so that progeny sired by the transgenic mouse also harbor the transgene. Certain embodiments of the invention also utilize (a) the salmonid derived Sleeping Beauty transposition system to augment genomic integration of the transgene and/or (b) the Cre/loxP recombination system for excision from sired progeny of the DNA responsible for spermatogenesis rescue.
