Abstract: A wearable icepack holding apparatus is disclosed. The wearable icepack holding apparatus comprises a body and one or more fastening means. The body is configured to be worn on a user's head. The body comprises a first pocket at a first portion of the body. Further, the body comprises a plurality of second pockets at one or more second portions of the body. Each of the first pocket and the plurality of second pockets is configured to hold one or more icepacks. Further, the one or more fastening means are attached at a third portion of the body and are configured to adjust a grip of the body on the user's head.
