  • Publication number: 20210397070
Abstract: An image capture device is described that includes a body; a mounting structure that is connected to the body; an integrated sensor-lens assembly (ISLA) that defines an optical axis and extends through the body and the mounting structure; and an accessory that is releasably connectable to the mounting structure via rotation through a range of motion less than approximately 90 degrees. The mounting structure and the accessory include corresponding angled bearing surfaces that are configured for engagement such that rotation of the accessory relative to the mounting structure creates a bearing effect that displaces the accessory along the optical axis to thereby reduce any axial force required during connection and disconnection of the accessory.

  • Publication number: 20210400019
Abstract: The subject disclosure provides systems and methods for application-specific network data filtering. Application-specific network data filtering may be performed by a sandboxed process prior to providing the network data to an application to which the network data is directed. Any malicious or otherwise potentially harmful data that is included in the network data may be removed by the application-specific network data filter or may be allowed to corrupt the application specific network data filtering operations within the sandbox, thereby preventing the malicious or harmful data from affecting the application or other portions of an electronic device. In one or more implementations, a first process such as an application-specific network data filtering process may request allocation of memory for the first process from second process, such as an application, that is separate from a memory manager of the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20210398113
Abstract: Examples described herein include systems, methods, instructions, and other implementations for data security. One example includes receiving a status inquiry associated with a secure transaction, a merchant system, and a client device. The status inquiry is processed to determine that the merchant system associated with the status inquiry has been previously validated and that the status inquiry is from the merchant system. Then, in response to the determination that the merchant system has been previously validated, postback data including a tokenized client account number associated with client information is accessed and the tokenized client account number is transmitted. The tokenized client account number facilitates processing the secure transaction without the merchant system having access to the client information.

  • Publication number: 20210393474
Abstract: A Multi-function Pelvic Trigger Point Massage Wand is a handheld device for the treatment of pelvic pain and pain/discomfort caused by related urinary and sexual dysfunctions. The device provides an adjustable combination of heat, vibration, electric stimulation, electromyography, photoplethysmography pulse oximetry, and biofeedback, depending on the treatment regimen desired. A metal sensor band around the release-end of the wand conducts electromyography and electrical stimulation. Photodiode sensors are coupled with green and infrared LEDs to calculate the users heart rate and blood flow. A sensor for biofeedback measurement assigns data produced from electrical stimulation sensors, electromyography sensors, photodiode sensors and the biofeedback/pressure measuring function to a smart device with operating software created specifically for the pelvic trigger point wand. The information output is collected and analyzed to show the results of different treatment techniques.

  • Publication number: 20210394114
Abstract: Devices and methods for atmospheric water harvesting may be useful to obtain drinking water from air of moderate humidity, in a process driven directly by solar energy. Devices feature a recirculating stream of a fluid, such as air, and include heat recuperation to heat fluid in one portion of the stream using heat contained in another portion of the stream. Passive heat sinking is sufficient to condense liquid water, without need for refrigeration. The objective of the technologies and inventions is to enable affordable household products that improve drinking water access, with a focus on those currently without access to safely managed drinking water.
