  • Patent number: 11612226
Abstract: A case for a round electronic device may have a device holding portion and an attachment portion for attaching the case to an item such as a suitcase or a key chain. The case may include upper and lower case portions that form a pocket. On a first side of the pocket, the upper and lower case portions may be stitched together or may be integrally formed. On a second side of the pocket, a snap may attach the upper case portion to the lower case portion and may be opened to provide access to the pocket. The attachment portion may have an opening for attaching the case to a key ring, suitcase, or other item. The case may include leather, polymer, and/or fabric. Openings may be surrounded by reinforcement material such as strands of non-elastic material. Snaps may be flush with surrounding portions of the case.

  • Patent number: 11513556
Abstract: An accessory device for a portable electronic device is described. The accessory device includes a front cover connected to a back cover. The front cover includes multiple segments rotatable with respect to each other. The segments include magnets that allow the segments, through magnetic coupling, to couple with another segment or with the portable electronic device. When the front cover engages the back cover, a user may remove, or pull away, a segment from the back cover, causing the remaining segments to sequentially fall away from the back cover. In some instances, when the front cover at least partially engages the back cover, one of the segments includes magnets designed to couple with magnets in the back cover, but not with magnets in another segment. The accessory device may further include an opening that receives a camera assembly of the portable electronic device and forms a mechanical interlock.

  • Patent number: 11147359
Abstract: Device carriers described herein can support a device therein and enable a user to readily attach, detach, and exchange the device with other objects and/or to a user for easy access. The construction can include both rigid and flexible parts that are formed together to both facilitate easy operation and be resistant to wear. The construction can further provide an elegant appearance.

  • Patent number: 11018710
Abstract: This application relates to a computing device case that provides some amount of torsional force in order to cancel at least some static and dynamic loads experienced by the computing device when the case is arranged as a stand. By canceling out these loads, the computing device to be angled at an almost unlimited number of angles relative to a surface on which the computing device is resting. Flexible elements in the case can resist the static and dynamic loads of the computing device, thereby allowing the computing device to receive touch inputs at almost any angle without causing the case and the computing device to collapse.
