    Abstract: A method and system for an assembly test fixture includes a first surface of the assembly test fixture matingly complementary to a second surface of a component to be tested. The assembly test fixture also includes a plurality of proximity detection features on the first surface configured to detect a predetermined proper alignment of one or more actuating cables of the component to be tested with respect to a second surface of the component to be tested. The assembly test fixture further including a conduit internal to the assembly test fixture configured to provide electrical continuity indicating the predetermined proper alignment and a connector pluggable to a test device capable of indicating proper operation of the component to be tested.
