  • Patent number: 12714075
Abstract: A modular and relocatable aquatic habitat system for ecological mitigation, marine life support, and water quality enhancement is disclosed. The system comprises a plurality of habitat modules, each habitat module including a permeable base and a pre-growth layer of marine organisms covering a substantial portion of the habitat module before installation. A mounting system is configured to removably secure the habitat modules to an aquatic infrastructure, wherein the mounting system maintains a gap between each habitat module and the aquatic infrastructure to facilitate water flow and marine organism interaction. In certain embodiments, a deployable unit is disposed proximate to the aquatic infrastructure, the deployable unit comprising a support structure and a plurality of receiving sections configured to retain the habitat modules. The habitat modules are relocated to the deployable unit during maintenance operations and subsequently reattached to the aquatic infrastructure after maintenance is complete.

  • Patent number: 12412157
Abstract: A system and computer implemented method for optimizing trade deployment and risk mitigation in a construction contracting project based on a risk of utilizing a plurality of contractors on the construction contracting project is disclosed. The method includes receiving contractor information from a subcontractor and creating and storing the contractor information in a connected database as a contractor record. The method further includes analyzing the contractor information for authentication and assigning a value to a review status of the contractor record. The method further includes calculating a risk metric for the contractor and the project and displaying search results in response to a search query from the user computing device, generating a second graphical representation of a density map comprising a graphical icon corresponding to the geolocation data of the contractor record, and modifying appearance of the graphical icons in response to a user selection.

  • Patent number: 12102067
Abstract: A system for stabilizing soil for accretion and retention of coastal water soil is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of artificial reef segments, where each segments comprises a homogenous curved frame structure, a plurality of openings extending through the homogenous curved frame structure, a plurality of frame segments, and a plurality of cutouts disposed along a terminating end of each artificial reef segment. In one embodiment, an artificial reef configuration is disclosed having a first reef segment arranged on top of a second reef segment and a third reef segment in such a way that the cutouts of the first reef segment receive at least one of the plurality of frame segments of the second reef segment and the third reef segment. Furthermore, a transport configuration includes a first reef segment stacked on top of a second reef segment.
