  • Publication number: 20240145099
Abstract: A respiratory disease analytics system provides respiratory disease risk reports to a patient, provider, or third-party entity describing a patient's risk of experiencing a medication usage event given data in a geographic region. Regional data, including air pollutant conditions, weather conditions, demographic information, built environment factors, and regional health conditions for a geographic region are accessed from other sources and assigned based on event data recorded during a medicament usage event, as collected by sensors associated with the patient's medicament device/s. The regional data is assigned to medicament usage events occurring within a period of time. The assigned regional data is analyzed to determine an expected number of medication usage events for the geographic region occurring over the period of time.

  • Publication number: 20240136135
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may terminate application of an electric pulse to a shape memory alloy (SMA) element that causes actuation of a medicament pump based on resistance values unlike conventional approaches that rely on a mechanical mechanisms to trigger termination of the application of the electric pulse. The magnitude of the resistance values, the rate of change (RoC) of the resistance values, the temperature of the SMA element, the time that has passed since initial application of the electric pulse to the SMA element, or combinations thereof may be used to trigger the termination of the application of the electric pulse to the SMA element in exemplary embodiments. The monitoring of the resistance of an unactuated SMA element may be used to determine when to initiate and when to terminate application of an electrical pulse to the other SMA element.

  • Publication number: 20230417345
Abstract: An organizer, intended for use in managing mobile device cables, has a main body that is optionally made of elastomeric material. The main body optionally contains a weight in a weight cavity. The main body is flexible. The main body has end channels and, in many versions, cable channels. The cable channels have a smaller cross section than the end channels. In some versions, the end channels or the cable channels have triangular cutaways that make it easier for the user to push cables or the like into the channels. In one version, the top and bottom surfaces at the end angle upward and downward with respect to the top and bottom main body surfaces. In some versions, the grips flare inward and form a notch to help retain things within the end channel while making it easy to remove when desired.

  • Publication number: 20230170176
Abstract: A system for performing surface analysis on a material, includes a pulsed electron source that forms a monochromatic beam of incident electrons; means for conveying the incident electrons to the surface of a sample of material, so as to form backscattered electrons, and the backscattered electrons to detecting means, the conveying means comprising at least one electron optical system; means for detecting the backscattered electrons; the pulsed electron source comprising: a source of atoms; a continuous-wave laser beam configured to form a laser excitation zone able to excite the atoms to Rydberg states; a pulsed electric field on either side of the laser excitation zone, the pulsed electric field being configured to ionize at least the excited atoms and to form a monochromatic beam of electrons.

  • Publication number: 20230033732
Abstract: An organizer, intended for use in managing mobile device cables, has a main body made of elastomeric material and a weight contained in a weight cavity. The main body is flexible but comparatively less dense than the weight. The main body has end channels and, in many versions, cable channels. The cable channels have a smaller cross section than the end channels. In some versions, advantageously placing the cable channels helps make it easier to open up the end channels to accommodate a mobile device or various attachments.
