  • Publication number: 20180010048
Abstract: A Heated Airlock Feeder is disclosed. The Heated Airlock Feeder allows for the continuous feeding of solid, shredded plastic into a reactor tube surrounded by clamshell burner boxes. Inside of the reactor tube, two augers, one with right hand flights and one with left hand flights are welded to smooth augers to create two continuous augers that push solid plastic material, liquid plastic material and molten plastic material through two small holes. As the plastic is in its molten state while being forced through the two small holes, an airlock is formed preventing air form entering the system. As the solid, shredded plastic is fed into the system, an airlock is formed allowing for the continuous feeding of the system. The clamshell burner boxes allow for convection and radiant heat allowing for even, continuous heat.

  • Publication number: 20170362511
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for processing reusable fuel wherein the apparatus comprises a support body and a plurality of augers disposed within the support body. The augers may be configured to rotate against a vapor flow to clean carbon char from vapors comprising condensable and non-condensable hydrocarbons. A drive system may be connected to drive and control the plurality of augers. An exhaust system is connected to the support body. A gearbox housing is connected to the exhaust system, wherein the drive system is accommodated in the gearbox housing. A ventilation system is disposed within the gearbox housing. Additionally, a thermal expansion system may be connected to the support body.

  • Publication number: 20170328643
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for processing reusable fuel comprising a first-type cyclone cooler having a first configuration. The apparatus also provides one or more second-type cyclone coolers, wherein each one or more second-type cyclone coolers has a substantially identical second configuration to respective other one or more second-type cyclone coolers, wherein the second configuration is different than the first configuration. The apparatus may also provide an air cooled heat exchanger, a coil condenser and one or more bubblers. The first-type cyclone cooler and the one or more second-type cyclone coolers are connected. One of the one or more second-type cyclone coolers is connected to the air cooled heat exchanger. The air cooled heat exchanger is connected to the coil condenser. The coil condenser is connected to the one or more bubblers.
