    Abstract: A system and method for automatically applying an odor neutralizing or masking agent or a pheromonal agent to a cat litter box, or an odor neutralizing or masking agent to an area around a human toilet. There is a source of spray delivery of the agent, and a motion sensor. The spray delivery source applies the agent in response to the motion sensor, so that the agent is applied only after the cat or human has finished using the facility.
