  • Patent number: 8751183
Abstract: A tester module for automatic test equipment (ATE) includes test instruments for testing an integrated circuit device under test (DUT). A plurality of sensors include sensors coupled to or proximate to the test instruments for detecting a plurality of different maintenance triggers associated with the test instruments. A memory stores code including operating system code for controlling the test instruments and for implementing a system maintenance compliance tool. A processor is coupled to the test instruments the sensors and the memory. The processor runs the operating system code including the system maintenance compliance tool. The system maintenance compliance tool upon receiving notification of at least a first maintenance trigger automatically blocks the ATE being used for the testing. The system maintenance compliance tool can include a listing of needed maintenance actions associated with the maintenance triggers that when completed automatically releases the ATE to allow resumption of testing.

  • Publication number: 20130046219
Abstract: A neonatal cranial support bonnet is configured to prevent a premature child's head from deforming under the force of its own weight, because of underdeveloped cranial plates. The bonnet includes a thin cotton shell with contoured gel packs inside. The gel packs are configured to distribute weight around the skull and eliminate or reduce high-pressure points so as to maintain proper shape of the cranium. The bonnet is also configured to not interfere with development, and to not obstruct airways for breathing, so as to meet current Sudden Infant Death Syndrome prevention guidelines.

  • Patent number: 6919727
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of measuring the time signal of an electronic device including steps for measuring a true signal and an inverted signal. The measured true path signal and inverted path signal are combined to reduce measurement error and provide an accurate measurement of the time signal of the device under test. Also disclosed is an interface for use between a device-under-test and test equipment. The interface includes means for alternately switching a time signal from the device-under-test to provide a true signal path and an inverted signal path for measurement. A system embodiment of the invention is also disclosed in which an interface and measuring means are used to alternately measure and combine a true signal and an inverted signal to provide an accurate time measurement result.
