    Abstract: A mobile device stores medical credentials for one or more occupants of a vehicle. Responsive to receipt of an indication of an emergency event at the vehicle, the mobile device sends the credentials, an authentication code, and vehicle information to a cloud server to cause the cloud server to construct web content including the vehicle information and medical information accessible using the credentials. The mobile device also sends a link to the cloud server including the authentication code to an emergency dispatch.
