  • Publication number: 20240103287
Abstract: A removable facial interface for a head-mountable device (HMD) is disclosed. In an example, an HMD includes a display; a facial interface frame at least partially surrounding the display; a removable facial interface attached to the facial interface frame; a first attachment mechanism attached to one of the facial interface frame or the removable facial interface; and a second attachment mechanism attached to the other of the facial interface frame or the removable facial interface, the removable facial interface being attached to the facial interface frame by the first attachment mechanism and the second attachment mechanism.

  • Patent number: 11933221
Abstract: A gas turbine engine including a core having a compressor section fluidly connected to a combustor via a primary flowpath and a turbine section connected to the combustor via the core flow path. An assembly is disposed within the gas turbine engine and includes a first part connected to a second part via a radial stack joint. The first part includes a radially inward facing surface contacting a corresponding radially outward facing surface of the second part. A fastener protrudes through the first part and the second part and is configured to maintain the relative positions of the first part and the second part. A channel is disposed on at least one of the radially inward facing surfaces and is positioned between the fastener and a circumferential edge of the first part. The channel is connected to at least one cooling air source.

  • Publication number: 20160048644
Abstract: An apparatus that includes an input portal for receiving data including pointers for identifying health care providers and performance data correlated to the pointers. A first analyzer analyzes the performance data to identify categories of related performance data. A compiler compiles the data into compiled data that includes a plurality of the pointers and categories of data associated with the pointers. A second analyzer analyzes the categories of data and scores the data within each category to produce an outcome score for each category of data, where each outcome score is associated with a pointer. An access portal provides access to the data to health care providers, and provides health care provider-selectable display criteria to the health care providers using the access portal, and records a display criteria selected by each health care provider.

  • Publication number: 20150154358
Abstract: Medical records are created and modified based upon the needs of the user. In addition to selecting information needed by a user from a database, the present invention identifies and eliminates information from the medical records that is not needed or wanted. A computer database is created by receiving from healthcare providers a plurality of electronic encounter records. The computer further receives input data relating to the medical information that the customer wishes to include in the desired report. The input data may include items to be included in the report or items to be excluded from the report. The computer analyzes the patient encounter records in the database to identify and select a subset of patient encounter records based on the input data. The computer analyzes the subset of patient encounter records to identify and remove medical information to thereby create a sub-subset of medical information again based on the input data provided by the customer.

  • Publication number: 20140136237
Abstract: Efficient computer distribution of healthcare information is achieved by computer aggregating the healthcare information directly from multiple sources, namely, computers of healthcare providers, including EHR vendors, and patients. Financial incentives to share information are provided to the sources. Healthcare information may de-identified by removing some specific information about the patient and the provider, and inserting generalized information about each. Healthcare providers and patients may prohibit use of their information, limit the content of their information, and control to whom their information is sold. Compensation and distribution of information among purchasers may be controlled to ensure fairness. The healthcare information may be analyzed, reordered and filtered to generate data or reports in response to a purchase request.
