Abstract: Provided herein are methods and systems for diagnosing, managing, and treating disorders and conditions related to psychological trauma, such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other mental health conditions with similar symptoms through self-management tools, user insights, and personalized therapies. A system consisting of a User interface, a Data Storage and Processing Architecture and a Therapist Interface for self-management and treatment support of mental health conditions such as PTSD or other conditions with similar symptoms may be provided to a user via an electronic device, such as a mobile device, computing device, tablet, or the like.
