  • Patent number: 12357758
Abstract: A medicament delivery device includes a first component, a second component configured to be movable with respect to the first component, and a temperature-dependent interconnect configured to resist movement of the first component relative to the second component. The temperature-dependent interconnect includes an engagement member and a temperature-dependent material configured to engage each other. The temperature-dependent material has a temperature-dependent material characteristic such that the temperature-dependent material has (i) a first material characteristic at a first temperature of the temperature-dependent material to resist movement of the first component with respect to the second component, and (ii) a second material characteristic at a second temperature of the temperature-dependent material to allow movement of the first component with respect to the second component.

  • Patent number: 12343511
Abstract: A medicament delivery device includes an actuator including an actuation member configured to be movable by a user to an actuation position to cause a dose of medicament to be dispensed from the medicament delivery device. The actuator is configured to be movable from a deactivated position in which a user is prevented from moving the actuation member to the actuation position to an activated position in which the actuation member is released for movement by a user to the actuation position. The device includes a temperature-dependent actuator configured to move the actuator from the deactivated position to the activated position in response to a change in temperature of the temperature-dependent actuator.

  • Publication number: 20250019635
Abstract: A bioreactor for cell culturing comprising a container having a base portion and a side wall defining an internal volume. The bioreactor also has a lid that closes the internal volume of the container. The base is moveable toward and away from the lid. The bioreactor also includes a baffle member mounted to the lid and positioned in the internal volume of the container such that the baffle member is arranged to mix contents of the bioreactor as the base is moved relative to the lid.

  • Publication number: 20240279584
Abstract: A bioreactor interface plate assembly for attachment to a bioreactor container holding a cell suspension. The bioreactor interface plate assembly comprising a bioreactor interface plate and a filter. The bioreactor interface plate including a port formed therein for egress of fluid from the bioreactor container. The filter attached to the bioreactor interface plate in fluid communication with the port, the filter positioned to be located within an internal volume of the bioreactor container while the bioreactor container is connected to the bioreactor interface plate. The filter configured to retain cells from the cell suspension in the internal volume when the fluid egresses from the bioreactor container via the port.
